Refund policy

At À. BOUTIQUE, we are committed to delivering high-quality fresh products and curated products. Many of our items are fresh or temperature-sensitive, and we kindly ask you to review our return policy below.

We always aim to provide excellent customer experience. Each return enquiry will be handled on a case-by-case basis and we make sure to find a solution that is fair, timely, and satisfactory for our customers.


In accordance with Regulation 13(2) of the Consumer Rights Regulations (S.L. 378.17), the right to withdraw from a purchase does not apply to goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, such as fresh foods, cheeses, baked goods, chocolates, and other perishable or temperature-sensitive items.

Therefore, À BOUTIQUE cannot accept returns or offer refunds on perishable items unless the product delivered is damaged, defective, or not as described.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at eboutique@abtqcurated.com. We will review the issue immediately and, if eligible, offer a replacement or refund. 

If purchasing any non-perishable item, these may be eligible for return within 14 days under the standard right of withdrawal, provided they are unused and in original condition and packaging.
