How much does shipping cost?
Free delivery applies to all orders over €70.For orders below €70, a €15 delivery fee will be added at checkout.
When will I get my order?
Orders placed before 7:00 pm will be delivered on the next day, provided the following day is a delivery day.
Delivery days are Tuesday to Saturday, between 9:00 and 15:00.Some items, such as some fresh whole cakes or bakery products that are requiring additional preparation time, may require a longer lead time. These details are indicated in each product description.
During peak periods (Christmas, Easter, etc.), preparation and delivery times may be longer than usual.At checkout, customers may select their preferred delivery date and time from the available slots, including dates further in advance.For special delivery requests, please contact our Customer Service team via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
Do you offer pick up?
Customers may choose to collect their order from the selected À BOUTIQUE pick-up points. The specific options are available at the check-out.Orders placed before 7:00 pm will be available for collection the next day.Orders are kept for up to 3 days during regular shop opening hours.Due to the short shelf life and delicate nature of many of our products, orders not collected within this timeframe cannot be stored further, reimbursed, or replaced.For special pick-up arrangements, please contact us directly.
Do you deliver to Gozo?
Deliveries to Gozo are possible via contacting our Customer Service.Please note that fresh cakes, pastries, tarts, cheeses requiring refrigeration, and ice cream need chilled delivery temperatures and special handling requirements.
